About Email Signature Generator
What It Does
This tool creates professional HTML email signatures that work in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and most other email clients. Fill in your details, upload a photo, choose your colors and layout, then copy the signature directly into your email client’s settings.
Email Client Compatibility
The generated signature uses email-safe HTML: inline CSS styles and table-based layout. This ensures consistent rendering across clients that strip external stylesheets or ignore modern CSS features. Tested patterns work in:
- Gmail — paste into Settings → General → Signature
- Outlook (web & desktop) — paste into Settings → Compose → Email signature
- Apple Mail — paste into Preferences → Signatures
- Thunderbird — paste into Account Settings → Signature
Photo Handling
Uploaded photos are resized to 200×200px and embedded as base64 data URIs. This means the photo is self-contained in the signature HTML — no external hosting required. Some email clients may strip embedded images on the receiving end; if so, consider hosting the image on your website and replacing the src attribute.
Two Copy Modes
- Copy to Clipboard — copies as rich HTML, ready to paste into email client signature settings
- Copy HTML Source — copies the raw HTML code, useful for email clients that have an “Edit as HTML” option or for embedding in templates
Privacy
Everything runs in your browser. Your personal details, photo, and signature are never sent to any server. There is no backend, no database, and no tracking.
