About Invoice Generator
What It Does
This free invoice generator lets you create professional, branded invoices in seconds. Choose your language and currency, upload your company logo, pick a brand color, add line items with tax and discounts, then download a polished PDF ready to send to clients.
Multilingual & Multi-Currency
All form labels and PDF labels switch to the selected language — English, Spanish (Factura), German (Rechnung), French (Facture), Portuguese (Fatura), Italian (Fattura), Japanese, and Chinese. Dates are formatted according to the chosen locale. Nine currencies are available: USD, EUR, GBP, BRL, CAD, AUD, JPY, CNY, and INR. The language sets a sensible default currency, but you can override it independently.
Logo & Brand Color
Upload your company logo (PNG, JPEG, or WebP) and it appears at the top of every PDF alongside the invoice title. The logo is embedded in saved templates, so you only upload once. Choose a custom accent color using the built-in color picker — it controls the PDF header bar, total line, and alternating row highlights. Different templates can use different brand colors, perfect for freelancers who invoice under multiple brands.
Templates & Invoices
Save your company details, logo, brand color, tax rate, and payment terms as a reusable template file (.invtemplate). When you start a new invoice, load your template to pre-fill everything — then just add the client and line items. Completed invoices can be saved as .invoice files with all data, for your records or to re-download later. The tool also remembers the last invoice number you downloaded, so you always know where you left off.

Privacy
Everything runs in your browser. Your invoice data, logo, and settings are never uploaded to any server. We don't store, read, or share any information you enter. The only data saved locally is your accent color preference and last invoice number (in your browser's localStorage).
Technology
PDF generation uses jsPDF (MIT license). All processing happens client-side using standard browser APIs.
