About NPC Generator
What It Does
The NPC Generator creates fully detailed non-player characters for tabletop role-playing games like D&D 5e, Pathfinder, and other fantasy RPGs. Each generated NPC includes a name, race, class, level, alignment, background, occupation, personality traits, appearance, quirks, and a plot-hook motivation.

- Natural appearance text — composed descriptions combining age, build, hair, eyes, and distinguishing features
- SRD-compatible — all races, classes, backgrounds, and alignment data from the D&D 5e SRD 5.1

Game mechanics data (races, classes, backgrounds, alignments) and some personality content are inspired by, adapted from, and expanded beyond the Systems Reference Document 5.1 by Wizards of the Coast. The majority of traits, bonds, flaws, quirks, motivations, and appearance details are original content created for QuickFix.tools.
All content — both SRD-derived and original — is available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). You may copy, redistribute, remix, and build upon this content for any purpose, even commercially, as long as you give appropriate credit.
Privacy
Everything runs in your browser. No data is sent to any server. Your NPC history is stored only in your browser's memory and is cleared when you close the page.
